I want to give a huge shoutout to Elise in customer service for being so kind and sincere in helping me purchase my round bed and round bed frame. Initially, I was feeling very skeptical about making such a big purchase online but after pestering Elise, I felt reassured to make that 'leap of faith' and I feel I have made one of the best purchases of my lifetime. Buying furniture has been one of the most humbling and frustrating experiences I have faced as a young adult. Furniture from big retailers and even smaller 'design' retailers all sell overpriced veneer garbage that chips or is ruined after one use. I took a chance with this company hoping that it would actually be American built and worth the money. If you are hesitant about buying from them at all please read my review all the way through. I paid full price for everything and am a sincere buyer/snob for good furniture.  ROUND BED FRAME: PROS- The round bed frame was not what I was expecting at all. It exceeded my expectations on all fronts. This bed frame is SOLID and HEAVY. I am 26 years old and genuinely felt the joy my grandparents probably felt when they bought furniture that they knew would last 30+ years. My husband thought buying a round bed for our guest-room was the most silly idea but he has found an excuse to sleep on it every night since. We bought a 87" round bed and it fits us perfectly. We are both 5'7 and it fits us better than our king bed. The round shape is also so sensory/cat friendly because you can lay any which way and fit the same. Speaking of cats, we will be purchasing furniture guards for the outer rim of the bed frame and mattress to protect the fabric. Our cats have also found every excuse to sleep on the bed and use it as a reverse hamster wheel, where they drag themselves around the perimeter at light speed. So far the bed frame and mattress are still in perfect condition even without the furniture guards, but if you are a cat owner I would definitely recommend it because this bed is something a cat would design for a jungle gym (this is a good thing). CONS- My only gripe was not with custom mattress factory themselves, in fact, Elise left me a very detailed voicemail on how to accept/refuse delivery by checking for damages and taking photos. This extra care that Elise showed me by preparing me for potential delivery problems made me feel confident that I made the right choice. On the other hand, the third party delivery company only sent a one man team to deliver my almost 400lb bed frame on his own with a faulty electric dolly. I live in a historic house that literally only has one access door for furniture and the delivery man had to leave it under our carport which is nowhere near my access door. The delivery man was so kind and he did inform me that his company is at fault for failing to tell me that the delivery was curbside ONLY. I was also not given a 30 minute heads up which does matter when I need to be home to sign for the package. I assumed that threshold delivery meant the delivery man would bring it over the threshold but be warned that is not what that word means. It means I (a young woman with no muscles) had to call in reinforcements last minute to bring the heavy bed frame inside because the sun was already starting to set before the bed was finally delivered. The silver lining to this curbside/threshold delivery is that it is cheaper than 'white glove delivery' ('white glove' means a billion dollar fee for movers that don't know what they are delivering or assembling in my experience) and no strange men entered my house which I prefer. I only wish the delivery company was more communicative about how and when the bed frame was being delivered so that I could have been prepared. ~Pro Tip~ for getting the round bed frame inside: The round bed frame is delivered in one big half moon package, but it is not fully assembled yet. This means the bed comes in two separate half moon platform sections without the legs screwed on yet. If I had a redo, I would have opened the package outside and moved each half moon section inside instead of trying to drag a 350lb+ box across my wet lawn hahaha. Each half moon section is wrapped in thickish plastic wrapping which was extremely helpful for sliding the furniture across our floors and up our stairs without damaging/staining the bed. BE PREPARED with either strong people to help or movers to get the bed frame in your house, otherwise you will be sleeping with your beautiful bed frame outside.  ROUND MATTRESS: PROS- The round mattress ships very quickly and in a compressed package. I think it was only around 75lbs, so comparatively it was a breeze to bring this inside and get it situated on the bed frame. I am in love with the round mattress. Like I mentioned earlier, I am a furniture snob. I do my research and have tried inexpensive and way too expensive items. The 8" round is perfect, there is very little movement transfer and the pad is firm yet comfy.

Got the queen size Essential 80" diameter circle mattress. Looks awesome. Been getting alot of cool reactions showing our friends. It's like a big dog bed!
